Writers Block II (A Monster Mash)

Typically the articles are uni-topical and this time there are just too many things in this authors head to settle on a single topic as they all keep bouncing off each other. The basic premise for this collection of thoughts is the current amount of ‘listen and believe’ that all seem very cult-like in nature. If in this writing a conclusion can be found there may be reasonable conclusion at the end.
 
On Gender Affirming Care
Gender affirming care for youths involves puberty blocking drugs, opposite gender hormone drugs, and eventually medical intervention in what is called top surgery and bottom surgery. Top surgery is the removal of healthy breast tissue or the insertion of non-functional breast simulators.
 
Bottom surgery for boys changing towards being not-boys involves the removal of a healthy penis, folding the outer skin inside the body and having the testacies tucked inside the body, thus leaving a hole between the legs that has little to no sexual pleasure sensation; thus providing a future someone simply a hole to derive their and only their sexual pleasure. For the hole to remain ‘functional’ it has to be stretched on a regular basis. The ability for reproduction has been totally eliminated.
 
Bottom surgery for girls changing towards being not-girls involves the relocation of muscle tissue, typically from the forearm, to form a non-functional penis. This once again deprives the individual of any sexual pleasure. The ability for reproduction has been totally eliminated.
 
John Locke, the de facto author on personal rights, wrote ‘Being all equal and independent, no one ought to harm another in his life, health, liberty, or possessions.’ This leaves this author to wonder how the act of providing ‘gender affirming care’ became part of the Hippocratic Oath when it mutilates those below the legally recognized age of reason; thus making those young people’s ability for reproduction totally eliminated.
 
On The Climate Change Argument
How long will this topic of fear be spoon fed to the people have to go on? This has becomes one of the longest running ‘boy who cries wolf’ scenarios I have seen in my lifetime. How many times is the target date for when the end of the world is nigh needed be changed before people will simply say – oh this thing again.
 
We know that the climate changes globally over time because we have been following the science provided by the experts for quite some time. We know that the polar icecap shifted many, many years ago when it covered most of Canada, we also know the earth cooled for about four years due to the 1883 eruption of Krakatoa due to the amount of dust flung into the air.  
 
Many people, at the time of this writing, protest against those who they have been told are adding to the climate disaster; of course this protest is in the form of a Tweet, from a ‘smart phone’ in a nicely warmed house, all the while wearing shoes with petroleum based rubber soles. Additionally, many of those who assert that public transit is part of the solution often never partake.

Author’s Note#2: Nature always wins. The dinosaurs for the most part came and went and so too will mankind; so we may end up only being the means of our own demise.
 
On Illegal Aliens and Then Some
There are a number of questions and concerns being made people because other people are crossing their country’s boarder bypassing the legal means and methods. The people performing this illegal act tend to claim refugee status and typically have no paper work so that their home country can’t be determined. This has been a problem for much of the EU, the UK, the USA, and to a lesser extent Canada; though on a per capita basis the numbers may even out.
 
On the question point, the two main questions are ‘why is this allowed to happen?’ and ‘why is this not being stopped?’ In short, the government(s) messed up. Writ large, what happened is that the governments poured tones of money into research and healthcare thus extending the life of the citizenry. This means that people are now living longer than anyone expected and the old age pension funds are running out of cash. Couple this with a number of other factors such as: a) the public pension funds reached out to the markets to provide growth, b) the public pension fund managers bought into the idea that government debts bonds were safe and effective, c) interest rates rose to the point where the debt-bonds became as equally valued as the 1970s Italian Lirè, d) there has been a drop in the reproductive rates across the above mentioned countries.
 
Sticking with the earlier questions, the illegal aliens are being allowed in so that they can enter the work force as a replacement for the children that are not being conceived or those being aborted. Additionally, those who come from a second or third world country have a lower expectation of what it means to be well-off, and so the government(s) will be able to deliver less, all-the-while maintaining the same tax base. Just to put the cherry on the top, the next problem is that it takes money to enter a country illegally and typically it is the smart people that have money, meaning that the second and third world countries are suffering a ‘brain drain’, which will ensure that those countries will remain being second and third world countries.
 
On the concerns factor, while some concerns are currently being ignored by most governments the eventual result will not be able to be ignored. Here is a hypothetical for consideration: typically most people don’t pay attention to their local school board elections, and so what were to happen if there was a number of Mosques in each district and each Imam told the attendees to vote for the Muslim  man running for the school board. This author’s assertion is that the outcome can not be assumed or presumed; the now Marxist school boards will become something else and until that happens, no-one knows for sure what will happen; though surely many will guess.
 
On being Woke
Recently there have been discussions of ‘what is woke’; this is by all regards an attempt to use a lack of accurate rhetoric as a smokescreen to obfuscate the existence of a cult. The people who are ‘woke’ can’t themselves accurately describe what it means to be ‘woke’ because they use such terms as ‘Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity’ (DIE).  It is said that ‘the devil is in the details’ and this author agrees with that sentiment whole heartedly; below will be an inspection of the application of the DIE words laid out above.
 
According to Google, diversity is the practice or quality of involving people of different races, genders, social and ethnic backgrounds or sexual orientations. While it might be assumed that such a mixture of peoples would bring forth an assortment of ideas, which is not how the ‘woke’ works. To be ‘woke’ one has to follow the orthodoxy of the day and any straying away from the narrative is considered an act of apostasy with the punishment being ‘social cancellation’ including but not limited to deplatforming, job loss, but also having credit cards and bank accounts cancelled.
 
On to inclusion, here another problem crops up. The ‘woke’ don’t want you in their club if you hold an opinion that falls outside of their Overton-window. What they want is to be in your space where they can cultivate and enforce their cult like ideology. This is the second time the word ‘cult’ has been presented and the reason why is, because the ‘woke’ don’t tend to work on raw facts because they are using an appeal to emotion for the basis of their positions. It is strongly recommended that the reader go and review some debates and take note of who resorts to ad hominem attacks first, that person is the ‘woke’ person versus the person with the facts. Will the ‘woke’ embrace Italy or force Italy to embrace them?
 
Finally we reach equity; this is where the outcome is the same for all. In a game of reductio ad absurdum, does this mean that bra manufacturers will only need to make a single size of bra for all women, or would the progressives allow some diversity on the front? The only way for equity to work is if some people are taken from while other people are given to and when money is printed in the name of a cause will spur on inflation simply causing everyone to simply be made dirt poor or worse.
 
Messaging and Isolating forces Believing
He who controls the past controls the future and he who controls the present controls the past. The Canadian Government’s weather website, https://weather.gc.ca, stopped providing historical temperature data beyond 2013. Consider the lock-downs and other mandates imposed upon citizens in many countries under the guise of ‘trust the experts’ and ‘follow the science’; of course the science was never provided and the fallout will be felt for generations. Info-Note, the suicide attempt rate for trans-people is around 40%. FYI in the USSR Western NEWS was banned as a means of control.

Are Rights Revolting?

The short answer is YES, and the reader can now walking away with a solid answer. Of course the reader may not be able to defend this position if it ever came up in discussion. This writing is inspired by David Starkey, an English historian and radio and television presenter, from the UK. Mr. Starkey added a layer to a long standing line of personal thought, this line of thinking says that a countries ‘Rights’ apply to every citizen equally and that it is only through legislation that ‘Rights’ are perverted; some countries provide a subset of what is granted to the citizenry to visitors. 

The takeaway point Mr. Starkey made is that the concept of citizen rights has always been done for the purpose of justification, be it justifying a revolution, revenge, or a power grab. Around eight hundred ago, King John of England signed the Magna Carta Libertatum. Previous to the Magna Carta the King owned the entire country and divided parceled out land to the nobles, who sub-divided their holdings for knights and other tenants. This created a land based hierarchy Mafia style, where a tithing was always kicked up one level; this is why so many Royal families ended up so rich. England at that time, much like today, was a class based system based on how much land one managed and how many vassals were working that land. The people at large didn’t like this idea and so John of England signed the Magna Carta so he could remain King; while he died the follow year, he left a legacy of social change that would impact the political land the world over. 

Obviously, there must have been some opportunistic bureaucrat waiting in the wings around that time who stepped up and said something along the lines of – Tax collection used to be handled by each landowner, but seeing as each individual person has to pay taxes now, there is going to have to be a system by which all of this is recorded and enforced on behalf of your Royal Majesty. The efforts of this tosser has been a stain on Western culture ever since. 

NOTE: Taxation and the term Crown Land still exist even to this day; while Crown land is presented as publically owned, there are restrictions and so someone somewhere has control, and seeing as the ultimate authority within the Commonwealth is still ‘Your Majesty’ it might be safe to say at this time that people have pseudo property rights. 

The American Bill of Rights followed in the footsteps of the Magna Carta when those in the colonies decided that they too should have ‘rights’. Those newly minted Americans carried the anti-royal revolutionary standard one step forward by bypassing the peasant-to-Royal-to-God conduit. This was made evident with the statement, ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness’ as laid out in the US Declaration of Independence. 

Canada eventually followed with, ‘The Parliament of Canada, affirming that the Canadian Nation is founded upon principles that acknowledge the supremacy of God, the dignity and worth of the human person and the position of the family in a society of free men and free institutions’. All the while, a sliver of the Canadian tax dollar goes to the ‘Crown’, though while it is less than $2.00 per annum per person. Leaving this author to ask; how has Canada been doing on the God and family fronts as of late?

Post WWII saw the establishment and execution, pun intended, of the Nuremberg Trials, along with the formation of the United Nations (UN). The publically stated goal of the UN was to ensure that another world war would to never to arise again. Whilst the last seventy some odd years have not produced a world war it also has not produced world peace; leaving me to ask, has the UN become the literal poster child for ‘the road to hell is paved with good intentions’?

Post WWII, the world at large once again applied a justice to Germany in a way similar to the Treaty of Versailles, though this time it was much more personal for at least some people, the actual numbers of people executed varies depending on source. The double blow by the major world Governments meted out upon Germany for its double war aggression did little to curb any drive for dominance though. All that happened was a shift in tactics, for once the bullets and bombs were taken off the European table; money and money based debt became the new ammunition for the control of Europe. The derogatory term PIGS, which are Portugal, Italy, Greece, and Spain were financially decimated by adopting the Euro, which was pushed upon them by Germany and France. An alternative acronym, GIPSI, was also created to include Ireland.  

The most recent pandemic has shown both the strengths and weaknesses that resulted from this post WWII world. The purported rights advocated to be upheld by the UN and many grand nations got tossed out faster then anyone could sneeze or sniffle. The people of the world were not consulted and even the leaders of the people of the world were not really consulted and if they were, they failed to question and only listen. 

The words ‘human rights’ are defined by Oxford’s junior dictionary as ‘a right that is believed to belong justifiably to every person.’ In a search for clarity, the term ‘right’ was investigated and was explained as ‘a moral or legal entitlement to have or obtain something or to act in a certain way.’ One way of considering the definitions provided above, is that what we have been told our rights are simply ‘justifiable entitlements’. It is the opinion of this author that the words ‘human right’ need to be fortified or tossed in the trash for the sake of clarity and simplicity. 

It used to be considered that one man’s rights ended at his fist or fingertips, personal property rights laws do provide an extension to that occasionally, especially if one lives in an area where stand your ground is one of those justifiable entitlement. Semantic arguments have a purpose because words do matter. It seems that many people believe that one’s ‘rights’ are immutable as they were endowed by God; begging the question, are those who infringe on these endowed rights for others through deceit, reserved a place in Hell next to those who talk in theaters?
