 The Awkward Question of the Week (AQW): 2025

 The purpose of this entry is to cause the reader to lift their head from their 'smart phone' and take a look around them at the world in a smarter way. Due to real world recurring events, there may be recurring questions or questions so similar that any distinction is without a difference. 

It is said there is no such thing as a dumb question. Of course there are dumb questions, they are just the easiest to answer... Usually.

3/23/2025 - Is grief for the recently deceased simple the other side of the coin for those loved, after which then is it that the only thing that matters is the denomination? 

3/16/2025 - Should I pay for your human rights if you don't pay for mine?

3/09/2025 - If Government Organizations are scrutinized, what level of scrutiny do you feel that the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are subject to?

2/23/2025 - Did Trump's assertion that Canada would become the 51st State unwind nine years of  Justin Trudeau's claim that Canada is a post-national country?

2/16/2025 - Does the political Left generate the political Far-Right by overly taxing the people and  then not delivering on their promises, or do they just call their opposition Far-Right as an ad hominem attack due to the political disagreements?  

2/09/2025 - If  diversity is our strength then what steps must a government take towards ensuring that our nation remain both diverse and strong, eugenics perhaps?  An inquiring mind would like to know...

2/02/2025 - Would you support the deal where Trump puts into the Guantanamo Bay detention centre the worse of the worse from NATO aligned countries for evaluation and/or repatriation if those NATO states expand their military budgets? 

1/26/2025 - At the time of his birth my father was named Victorio and when he came to Canada he started using Victor, so if I write him a letter which starts with 'Caro mio papà Victorio' am I dead naming him?
